Suffice it to say that I attempted to purchase an SSL certificate on behalf of a client, and now a week later, the SSL cer has still NOT been issued.  Naturally, customer services continues to give us the run around.

When I purchase SSL certs through GeoTrust, it generally takes 1 hour to get the SSL issued, not 1 week.

Morons.

I strongly suggest that you never purchase any products or services from Verisign.
