It's happening; real estate sales are decreasing rapidly.

I just recently wrote about the imminent real estate crash (If you are freaking out about the possible real estate crash, make sure you read this aricle), and not one month later, it's beginning.  I personally am really excited about this.  I am looking to pick up a new investment this year, and if prices fall, I will be able to snag something at a great price!

Remember, it's the high-end market that will suffer the greatest price drops, and will be the first to tumble.  Lower-priced, more financially-accessible properties are always in higher demand and can hold their value better.
